We are pleased to announce we have been awarded OUTSTANDING for the "Wellbeing Awards for Schools" award.

Welcome to our School

From Our Head Teacher - Mrs Sue Whitfield

Welcome to our school website. We hope it is a source of information for all pupils, parents and friends of the school. We also would like to think it is a celebration of our work, and a glimpse, for prospective pupils, parents and visitors, of what Mossley is all about.

We believe that we are a happy school where pupils want to work and learn. We are most fortunate in having a talented and hard working staff that are committed to providing the very best learning experiences for all our pupils. Our children are delightful and we have very good relationships with parents and carers.

We are very proud of our school and believe it provides an excellent standard of education for all the children in our care. We hope you enjoy looking through the site, and if you do then please let us know.  We are always looking to improve further on what we do and would welcome your feedback.

Our Christian Values:

At Mossley Primary School we work hard to embrace our Christian foundations, provide many rich opportunities for children to develop as individuals within a stimulating and very safe environment. Our warm, caring ethos incorporates our Christian values within the everyday life of our school. We have strong links with our local church and wider community to further enhance the children’s social, moral and spiritual development. Our parent’s are very supportive as we work together like one big family and recognise that we are all God’s children.

‘The Father has loved us so much that we are called the Children of God.’ 1 John 3:1

At Mossley Primary School, we all follow these Christian values:

· Thankfulness

· Hope

· Peace

· Wisdom

· Creativity

· Endurance

Our Christian Value of this half term is Hope.
