Spring Secret Story Teller
Date: 26th Apr 2016 @ 3:51pm
A huge Thank you to Archer's Mummy for being our first secret story teller of the summer term
She came in and read us a very reassuring story called 'I'm BIG enough now! written by Pamela Edwards and Rebecca Harry...........
'Baby Elephant thinks she's big enough now to have adventures all by herself. So, leaving her big, wise mum behind, she sets off - to the lake, the village and the jungle. But she soon realises that the world can be a scary place for a little elephant and that maybe it's better having mum beside her after all!'
This was a lovely story and we enjoyed talking about the many things we learn to do as we get older, taller and even more clever . We also enjoyed telling each other what we love to do with our own Mummies.
