The Church at the Crossroads
Holy Trinity Church, Mossley, is situated on the crossroads where Leek Road and Reades Lane meet Biddulph Road. The church and the parish of Mossley was formed in 1845. Today the church is part of the Parish of Congleton, a merger of four former Congleton parishes. Reverend Ian Enticott is our Minister at Mossley. We are proud of our strong links with the Congleton Parish and we have a thriving relationship that enables us to work together in a variety of ways. The parish are always willing to share ideas and to lead Religious Education lessons in different year groups. Prayer Spaces have been well received and these give the children at Mossley time to develop skills of personal reflection and to explore their own sense of identity, self-worth, and even the meaning of life, in an open, inclusive and safe environment. The Congleton Parish are part of weekly Worship and this has continued throughout lockdown. The church leaders are keen to promote our Mossley Vision and Values.
